On the day the world may have come to end, we discovered that accidents in the brewery aren't always the end of the world. Upon brewing a recent batch of Amber, I was doing some calculations, trying to make Caramel 60 out of Caramel 120 and Caramel 20 - and I inverted the numbers. Nick brewed it and it turned out amazing. Coincidentally, we didn't realize it until 06/06/06 when Chad noticed the color was somewhat different from our usual Amber. The name is still underwraps -but look for it soon. And if you happen to visit the brewery, just ask for the '666' -
